In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your goods, please complete the product return form on the website.
We accept returns subject to the following conditions:
No returned stock will be accepted without the prior consent of Hinchliffe Hydraulics and provision of a valid returns note number, issued by our Quality Department.
Items must be returned in the condition that they were received, within 10 working days of delivery.
There is a 20% handling charge, with a minimum £25.00
We are unable to accept the return of non-stock items, assemblies made to order and special-order goods.
